Royal Copenhagen – Since 1775

Nothing makes a dinner more cosy and enjoyable than a nice looking table. Dressing it up is a moment on its own and what better moment than a Royal Copenhagen one? Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 by none other than Queen Juliane Marie, founder of the Royal Danish Porcelain Factory and inventor of its logo -still in use to this day: the Royal Crown and the three waves. The most renown colour for Royal Copenhagen is actually blue but the black version above is definitely a personal favourite. Last but not least, every plate is produced and hand-painted in Denmark.
